From what quantity do volume prices apply?
From 25 units, tiered: the more you buy, the less you pay. For smaller quantities, simply order directly in the shop.
Can I buy on invoice?
Yes. Companies, authorities and associations buy from us on invoice with 30 to 60 days to pay. The terms are stated in the quote.
Why do you need the VAT number?
So that we can issue the invoice correctly. For companies elsewhere in the EU, a delivery with a valid VAT number can be invoiced without German VAT. For companies in Germany, it is optional.
Can you put our logo on the products?
Yes, on the product, packaging or insert, and we take care of the design. What is possible for which product and from what quantity is stated in the quote.
How fast do you deliver?
Stock items leave us within 2 to 3 working days. On request as a consolidated delivery or directly to several locations.
Do you also sell to resellers?
Yes. Select “Resale” in the form and tell us about your store or shop. Reseller terms are available after a short check.
